Inventory management

Inventory management projects consist in analyzing stock and purchases for a specific department or for the whole organization. A multidisciplinary team of employees analyzes the current inventory management method. 3 types of stock are identified and managed according to their respective use. 

Mathematical models are used to optimize the supply strategy. Simple visual tools are implemented to minimize stock levels and maximize turnover.

According to real needs in terms of stock, the supply strategy is reviewed and questioned to then be greatly simplified. The layout and functioning of the storage areas are also reviewed in order to maximize productivity and optimize the square footage needed.

The multidisciplinary team receives appropriate training in order to implement inventory management tools that limit inventory shortages and minimize investments.
